Our staff is dedicated to Starve Poverty. They each have posses a heart help the needy and a heart for God.

Ron Fraser

Founder and CEO

Ron has not only had a growing vision for starving out poverty, but also the ability to communicate that vision attracting others to join him in this organization.  He has been involved in several mission projects both in the United States and also in several other countries.  He is the father of four: Eric, Beth, Brian and Jessica.  Three of his four children as well as his wife Lynn have joined him on several overseas mission trips and are active in Starve Poverty International.


Brian Fraser

Executive Director

Brian lives with his wife Jamie and daughter Callie in Lanoka Harbor, NJ.  He has been involved in short term mission trips since 1998. Currently he oversees administrative and logistical operations of the organization. Brian has a passion for the vision of Starve Poverty International “Connecting People and Resources in Breaking the Chains of Poverty”.  Brian also enjoys riding his motorcycle and creative cooking which his family and friends appreciate.


Thomas Watson

Director of Development

Thomas Watson joins the Board of Starve Poverty International after attending two mission trips with SPI and being inspired by its mission and the people involved in the organization. He serves as the Director of Development. Tom works as a sales trainer in the medical device industry. Tom and his wife and son reside in central Jersey. He enjoys working on his 1988 Jeep Wrangler, spending time outdoors, and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Sue Langworthy

Director of Children’s Ministry

God has prepared Susan to become the Director Of Children’s Ministry for Starve Poverty by giving her a love for children, and a heart to serve God. She was a Girl Scout leader for 10 years, 15 year as a youth group leader at Bayside Chapel, she is a mother of 3, and a Grandmother. Susan has a passion to empower children to become the best they can be.

Paul Bush

Project Manager

Since Paul’s first trip to Exuma over 10 years ago, Paul’s love for the people of Exuma has only grown , along with the love he possesses for the vision of Starve Poverty. As a local remodeling contractor (Paul Bush Remodeling LLC), Paul has used the work of his hands God has given him to make a difference. Paul attends Lighthouse Alliance Community Church in Tuckerton, NJ. He loves to fish, ride his motorcycle and camp out with his friends and family.

Jessica Fraser

Director of Worship arts

Has been going on mission trips since 1998 and has been involved with helping Starve Poverty since the beginning. She has been dancing since she was 3 years old, then she went to the Performing Arts Academy for high school, and then continued to college to get her Bachelors in Dance. She is very involved in her local church, Bayside Chapel, where she serves in Children’s ministry by teaching Sunday school and creating motions to the children’s worship songs.
